In which the Commission examine deficit spending and reduction, and their implications for vulnerable populations and the nation at large. They also address the national debt, and how fiscal policy affects African people and other minority communities.
Professor Darrick Hamilton spoke to issue of Racial Inequality and the need of generating wealth in African American and why historically there is a large gap between wealth in the African American communities, people of color and that in of the white communities.
