Re-instate the "Uptick Rule" and "Trading Curbs" to help limit wild swings in the stock market.

Prohibit the use of legal precedents derived through "the doctrine of stare decisis", that are in conflict with the Constitution to create legislation or to decide case law, because the law must be logical and stand on a firm foundation. (stare decisis-to stand by decided cases)
